Solution Manager - self-service button

Hello.
It would be great to be able to allow/deny access to a self service button per user.
Currently, this is not possible.
The only possibility is to grant by profile (role).

I see two possibilities:
1) grant the right per user to use or not the self service button, like currently for the roles.
2) for the deactivation and masking rules, have a management per user.
