Use Job Output Parsing or Advanced Failure Criteria to allow Job Restarts without Job Failures

The ability to use Job Output Parsing or Advanced Failure Criteria to allow a job to restart based off the exit code or result. This would limit the amount of true failures or multiple notifications being sent. In addition, if the Result could differ within the Advanced Failure Criteria Section that would be an even bigger improvement to allow different exit codes to change the Job Status.
