SMArt Email to Support OAuth

Microsoft announced 2022 basic authentication will be dropped next year and SMArt email currently uses basic auth to log into the user account. SMArt email currently does not support OAuth this will cause production issues for multiple customers as jobs are not able to create upon the arrival of the trigger email.
