Allow commas in Self Service inputs or provide additional number formatting

Sometime between 19.1.7 to 20.6.0, Self Service was updated to no longer allow commas within user inputs. Previously, we had Self Service removing commas after the input was provided, which allowed users to still make use of them when formatting long numbers.

Example: Users could enter $12,000,000,000.00 for a user input. Now, they need to enter $12000000000.00.

By not allowing commas, this will increase the likely hood of human error when entering long numbers.

I suggest either adding comma support back in as it was previously, or enhancing the number input type to include support for decimals and various display formats. These formats wouldn't necessarily be sent in the event, but could be used to format the displayed input to the user.

As an example, the number input could be configured to have a check box for a prepended character and separator character, both of which would allow you to provide the character to use ($ and , in my case).
