Set cancelled to all sub-schedule jobs when set bulk cancel from master schedule

When set bulk cancel from master schedule, the build status update didn't perform full update/cancel to jobs underneath sub-schedule.
The bulk cancel successfully set all sub-schedule and the jobs have 1st level connection to master schedule. But somehow, the jobs in sub-schedule still show qualifying status.
