Filtering operations by exception

In Operations views (Solutions manager), filters only work if equals or contains one word. In some cases, it would be more convenient to exclude a value.
The desired filters: does not start, does not contain. Any other filter a little more advanced would be welcome.
Example: Jobname not starting with "C-"
Type is not "Container"
