Transformation rule for File Transfer User

In Deploy we can use transformation rules to change File Transfer Source Machine or Destination Machine. But this rules don't give the opportunity to change Users on source or destination. Can you add user area in the existing File transfer rules? Or create new File Transfer rules to enable the source or destination user change?
