EM Workflow Designer - Create job ux improvement

When creating a job in EM Workflow Designer currently, EM opens a new window to Job Master. Typically when Workflow Designer is being used, its to design a workflow so it would be much faster to default a new job to a null job type and keep the user on the Workflow Designer screen. If needed a user could still right-click and edit the job and add the necessary details/type.
As part of this it would be beneficial to right-click and rename jobs within Workflow Designer.
