Color Blind mode for Solution Manager

Symbols should be used to indicate Statuses within OpCon (Job, Schedule Machine, etc). This will help those who are color blind quickly identify each status.

Example :

Failed : circle + red color

Warning : triangle + yellow color

Success: square + green color

Thanks for this idea. Our UI team is making its best to follow this patterns and provide a color blind friendly interface.

As of version 20.0, do you see some specific area which are currently not complying to this?
