Use Null job instead genericp to create "wait job"

D342: Currently I use the genericp.exe program to create "wait jobs"It's working fine but it cusume a process in an LSAM.it could be very usefull to be able to define the duration of a null job and is exit code. My point of view is to reproduce the famous "genericp" program with the null job :

- create a null job with an "random" exit code could be usefull to create random logic.
- able to set the "exit code" of the null job with a variable (Ji.Exit) :
the null job can be mounted on a daily schedule with a default exit code and an external event can set the exit code to new value.
Like this we can use all nice feature about event and Exit code.
