"FORCE START" confirmation popup

D378: When you do a "force restart" in a daily job, you ask the sam to launch a job and bypass :- dependency- timing settings- Thresholds & resources- etc ... It could be powerfull to display in the confirmation popup what you will bypass with this action. Example : This action will bypass only job dependency (because the daily job a nothing else defined)orThis action will bypass job dependency (list) and TimeSetting (because the daily job a nothing else defined) Maybe the operator have no idea of all the starting conditions of a job and use "force restart" only to bypass dependencies.
