Event User/Owner Easily Changed

After reducing specific users' privileges, we had a number of production jobs fail because events were tied to those users. We had no idea that events were tied to specific users privileges. I submitted this as a bug to SMA support and they said it was a 'feature' and that we should submit this to SMArt Ideas request. There needs to be an easy way of changing who owns events. That should be either a drop down field or editable in some fashion. When running jobs on servers we have the option to select who runs a process on a server, we should have the same ability for events.

We were told we could make changes via SQL, but that requires special privileges in at least our environment.
