Provide a way for LDAPMon to allow monitoring multiple LDAP domains

SMALDAPMon is able to monitor a single LDAP domain and import users from there to OpCon based on LDAP group to OpCon role mapping.

Provide a way for SMALDAPMon to import users from multiple domains, or allow SMALDAPMon to run multiple instances (SMAServman controlled) - one for each domain.
