Show Frequency Name in the List View

D195: In OpCon's Legacy UI, it was possible to see the Frequency Name in the List view. The Enterprise Manager does not have this feature, and we would like for it to become an option so that we can have a quick display of all Freqeuncies in use for a given schedule in the list view. Acceptance Criteria:•In the EM Configuration, there will be an option to turn on the display of Frequency Name in the List view.
•In the Operations > List tab when the option is turned on, the Frequency name will display after the job name and before the status information.
