Forecasting future runs for multiple jobs without legacy dobatch.exe plaintext creds file

Frequency option would be fine for forecasting for 1 job. However, we receive requests for forecasting future runs for multiple jobs. For example they wanted a list of all jobs that run during a certain time frame in the future for some maintenance work (i.e. a list of all jobs that run Saturday 3/28 from noon – midnight).

We run legacy dobatch.exe which references a plaintext creds file. This so we know what will be running on a holiday and make sure the correct jobs are running or not running.

SMA-00081987 ticket suggested this be submitted as an enhancement req.
