Add ability to use variables for primary machine & user ID

I'd like the ability to create a job template that uses accepts a variable for machine name and/or userid. This would give you flexibility when using events to dynamically added jobs to pass a machine/user to run the job on/with. This would be very powerful, and prevents you from having to create a job for each machine/user the job could potentially run on.
