Add a browse for file input type

We have some self-service buttons that involve processing a file. Currently, a user needs to place the file in a predefined directory or input the full path to the file through a text user input. This process would be more intuitive and less prone to error if they were able to select the file through a file explorer browse interface.

This new user input could either simply come across as the path to the file, in a simple text string, or better, somehow transfer the file to wherever it would be that OpCon would need it to be to work with it. This would open opportunities for a new system property that would contain the reference to the file that OpCon now has.
