A job Container without any job running should not be Running

D350: Hello When a job container stops on a Failed Job and still contains jobs "Waiting/Qualifying", it should not be in "Running" Status.A new status should be introduced for that purpose. Something saying that it needs an intervention from someone/some event. Regards, Nicolas
