New function in the tag manager

Hi,

Today, It's not easy to add the same tag in several jobs.

For exemple, I would like create a new tag "backup" on all backup jobs. I have 25 jobs. I must do 25 times the same action on each job... It will be fine if in the tag manager, we can have the same view as the notification manager. I create a tag on the left of the panel and on the right I select all jobs I want to tag.

And I think this function is essential with "X-Vision".
