Disable Event Wizard Creation to create mass envent.

D301: The event creation wizard is very powerfull for beginners.Since the V5, we can add event on return code, this wonderful feature added new panels on the event creation wizard. Unfortunatly, when you have to create 20 events with only a small parameter change, the new wizard is now to painfull, time-consuming and click-consuming. Before the wizard feature, we was able to create a full event with only one text line and one click. It was not helpfull for beginners but very powerfull for advanced user. It should be a good idea to modify the gui on the event section and add button :"Create Event with wizard""Create Event in text mode" My picture in attachment : create this kind of job is painfull with the wizard
