Notification Manager alerts for changes/delete of Frequency,Global Properties,etc.

Would like to have some kind of Notification Manager alert based on changes to or deletions of frequencies, global properties and maybe other objects. Since Events and commands require the frequencies or global properties to be spelled out and are not tied by an object in the system, if the name changes or is removed we would like to get an alert if someone renames or deletes any of these key components in case that may affect events the user was not aware of at the time.
