Make 'Days to maintain in Daily' preference available as Server Option

Right now 'Days to maintain in Daily' is a Enterprise Manager preference with a default of 14 days. Some customers have a policy to keep schedules for a defined minimum days in the daily. Sometime it happen, that a user have the default EM preference with 14 days and click yes on the pop up. In this case if the user have according privileges, schedules are deleted.
It would be great if an OpCon Administrator can set a Global Setting (maybe in Server Options) for this value. If this option is set, it should be not possible anymore to change 'Days to maintain in Daily' in EM preferences.
