Job status comment immediately visible in the Matrix, and List

D287: Would be useful, almost essential, the ability to add a comment to the state of a job
and be able to see this comment in both Matrix visualization and List visualization
This comment should be edited manually or by events,
must not interfere with the natural state of the job, possibly should be searchable separately
and while you manually change it the interface may also show previous comments. These requirements should be useful to all, in particular facilitates teamwork,
when EM is used by many people in different locations and hours of work, as in our company.
Currently there is NOT a valid way to do these things and this creates misunderstandings and human errors.
