Central Administration and distriburtion of SMA ResourceMonitor Rules and Actions

D190: It would be nice to be able to have a central administration and distribution of (all) SMA ResourceMonitor rules and action. This might then be an extra feature in Enterprise Manager. This makes it easy to see which agent rules/action and with helps with editing those rules.Of course you now can use a text editor to create the rules, but it would be nice to have it centrally stored also, so that it can be edited from EM, or copied to other systems! With SMA FT (Filetransfer) it could be distributed/fetched.
