SMAHoliday.ini should not be provided during the initial install

Customers who move to a new machine and forget to copy over the SMAHoliday.ini from the old machine will get the default values we supply in the SMAHoliday.ini. Would suggest we do not install a SMAHoliday.ini file during the install but instead create an SampleSmaHoliday.ini instead so at least the job will fail.
