Add option to license Self Service user when user added by SMALDAPMon

When users are added to OpCon via SMALDAPMon in version 18.3.1, there is no current way to specify whether they obtain a self service license or not, and they do not receive one currently. So, someone still has to manually go check that box under their user account before they can access Self Service. I'd like to be able to tell SMALDAPMon that users associated with an LDAP group will automatically gain access to Self Service.

This feature would be awesome. Like the submitter, we have the same issue. LDAP creates the account, but we have to remember to add Self Service to various roles.

All current licensing models offer unlimited self service users, so improving the experience around granting/revoking self service user licenses is not a priority.
