Manage job status for file arrival jobs

Have some specific return code for file arrival job and lets the customer to decide if the job is good or failed. Exemples : 0=file is arrived, 1=end time is reached, 2=another error

For some customers, to reach the end time could not be an error and the job must not be failed.
