New Report to show what jobs are in Disable Build

D356: We need a report that will give us detail information for all jobs in "Disable Build" similar to the information from the report "Jobs with initial status of Do Not Schedule". We want to use the check box for "Disable Build" as a way to identify jobs that our customers have requested a Work Stop. We have been using the Job Build Status of "Do Not Schedule" from the Frequency and other Job Details View for this purpose. However, we now need to identify the jobs that are using a Resource Monitor Rule as well as the jobs on Work Stop. We need the information on two separate reports. Jobs using a Resource Monitor Rule also use the Job Build Status of "Do Not Schedule".
