Packaged Frequencies, Group Frequencies, Nested Frequencies, Master Freuquency?

Imagine a world, where you only had to add one "packaged" frequency that essentially is defined by multiple frequencies.

SCENARIO.

I run a job daily, add the frequency "Daily".

This job should not run on the 27th of each month. I add a frequency "27th", move it above Daily and set it to "Do Not Schedule".

Now I have to do this to dozens of jobs, wouldn't it be great if we could create a master frequency that has these two frequencies and the do not schedule for the 27th so I only need to add 1 "master frequency"? Obviously this is an oversimplified scenario, as there are situations where there could be 5 different frequencies on one job with different build statuses. It would be great if we had this!!
