Make a real AD account authentification (SSO)

Our Opcons Servers (Opcon latest v18) are configured with our Active Directory Domains (2)
thus we have a synchronisatioin active between the AD and Opcon. Our users account are sync in Opcon database.
The problem is that we cannot used the password of the AD to logon on Opcon Solution Manager because it uses is own password database. It is very painful with Solution Manager, because we are using several opcon environnements and we need different password for the same AD account. And also Opcon used is own Pwd policy which is different from the AD , and is for instance limited to 12 caracteres which is not recommended in our company.
I would like to know if you are working on a new LDAP integration ?
