Enhance any scripts provided with OpCon to include error logic/verification routines

I recently saw a support ticket issue where a customer site had OpCon stop processing because their tran log filled up within the SQL database. They were running the tran log backups but for some reason the file wasn't shrinking. I reviewed the SMATLog_Backup.cmd script on my own system and realized there is no error checking/validation in these scripts. I would like to see these enhanced to verify the work they are doing to at the very least validate the error levels from the programs they call.
