Better Customization of Categories in Self Service

Allow users to customize the background color of categories rather than limiting them to a preset selection. We may be the exception, but I could see us running out of categories pretty quickly. It would also be great if one could incorporate some basic customization like font settings (size, color, align center, etc.) and background images. Being able to collapse a category would be helpful to save on scrolling as well. Finally, the ability to sort categories as well as the buttons within the categories would be great. I understand there are workarounds with adding a number to the front of the name and using HTML (for the buttons).
