schedule dependencies

Add the possibility to add dependencies between schedules and not only jobs.
So we can wait a schedule to finish before the other one start. Right now we have to add dependencies on the first job of a schedule who wait for the last job of an other schedule finished, or toggle thresold by event ... not really simple
