Restart a Job without ENS

our opcon is connected to an alerting system and an automatic ticket system.
When a job fail during the night, a ticket is created.
The morning, during the analysis, the engineer restart the job many time for debug. But each time it created ticket automatically.
It could be nice to have an option to disable the ENS call for a run.
Like : I restart the job manually for analysis but I dont want to create an alert or ticket if it fail because i'm currently debug manually this system.
