Override the frequency of all jobs in a schedule to make an on-demand build

Good morning,
Here, we have a lot of different frequencies, for example: seasons change, end of month, end of year, yearly accounting closing, ...
I would like the ability to force a schedule build on a date, and today, the two available ways are :
Build the schedule on its planning date (not obvious because our command lines are using the schedule date and we cannot pick today's date.)
Modify all the schedule jobs to set a frequency .365 and delete it after (lot of work)
