New Schedule status : Manual run

Hi Everyone.
I could be powerful to have a new schedule status when you debug a schedule : be able to start job manually one by one.
Currently I put all job of the schedule on HOLD status but if some jobs are naturally build on hold it's a problem.
My idea is a new schedule status : Manual run
It's like an on hold schedule but you can start job manually one by one with the "force to start" command.
