Improve SMArt Email Attachment Download

The download attachments option for SMArt Email is really great! We do additional processing after download the file, and would like to see more options in SMArt Email to make that post proccessing "built-in". Here are the ideas:

* Instead of defining the path to where the attachment downloads at the global level, could we have a way to define that at the individual email configuration level
* The attachments are downloaded with some random sequence number, it would be nice to automatically assign that value to a variable [[AttachmentName]]

** This way we wouldn't need to create another process to rename the file

This idea is posted on behalf of one of SMA's Technical Account Managers. We are looking for community feedback on this idea.

In addition, it would be nice to be able to only download files from unread messages, otherwise previous days' email attachments are being downloaded again.
