Identify Agents and Connectors being executed by OpCon and Show for Upgrade

Idea: OpCon should have a way that when an Agent or Connector is used in execution, that the Agent or Connector would first talk to the OpCon database and 'present' itself: Name, System ID of where it is, Version and Date.

Next, when we go to upgrade OpCon, we could read this table and notify the user that the following Agents and Connectors need to updated (if a more updated version exists). Because the table contains the system ID , our web installer would know where the code resides.

For big customers, we could point OWI to the system that they do testing on and then move those versions to production when they are ready to install into production.

This would encourage customers to upgrade Agents and Connectors along with OpCon core.
