Specify instances to upgrade with MSI

Right now, if we have 2 LSAM agents on a machine, if we run the MSI for LSAM it will automatically upgrade the first one. Currently, there is no way to specify which agent we want to upgrade. We would like to be able to give an instance name and be able to upgrade that specific one.
