Expression, Global and Instance Property resolution "preview"

It would be very handy to be able to see the value of a global property when hovering over it in various windows. For example, recently, I was building a cmd job and used global variables with paths in them in my command. It would be helpful to hover over these variables and see the value of the property so that I don't have to Ctrl + T in and see it there.
