Global property usable as job event value

It would be useful if we could use global properties as the value iin the job event definition. For example, if we had a job configured to mark itself, and a number of other jobs complete, should a specific value be returned. Ideally, those return codes wouldn't change often, but in the case they do, it would nice to not have to go reconfigure a bunch of jobs to look for the new return code.
