Improve Delete Old Schedules Feature to Cancel jobs

A common problem is that there are schedules that never finish. (Jobs are built on hold and never released. Jobs have dependencies that are never satisfied.) This means the daily schedule never gets deleted! Someone has to manually do the clean-up. (We have furnished SQL scripts to some clients for this.) It makes sense for the product to have a 'clean up old schedules' feature. This feature would just have to do a job cancel on jobs that are 'held' or 'waiting'. I wrote a utility to do this, but I haven't distributed it to anyone.
EM has a delete old schedules option – can we enhance it to also cancel all held or waiting jobs on those dates?
