Notifications from Notification Manager based on specific exit code

D402: It would be useful if notifications in notification manager be set up to be sent based on specific exit codes. What we're trying to do is send a specific notification if the exit code is 2, because we're treating that as "Finished OK" but we want to send out a warning with the job output attached. We can set up an event on the job to send a notification based on the exit code, but that cannot attach the job output the way notification manager can.
