Option for Automatic "up" time for a machine after marking "limited"

This is idea is split off of D498. That idea had a solution for the initial idea, and this new idea is related, but not really the same. The idea is to give a pop-up if someone is setting the machine in Limited mode and there will be a popup that asks for how long, (in minutes) and if that time is passed the machine will automatically be put in UP mode again!
Describe the value you would receive if this idea was implemented:*
This would help make sure machines were forgotten and left unable to submit jobs.
