Combining Frequencies

D180: I'm at Delta Community and we have a scenario where we have several Jobs which need to be scheduled the first working day after another Job.
Examples: Job 1 runs on the 15th of the month or the first working day before the 15th if the 15th falls on a non-working day. Job 2 needs to run the working day before Job 1 to prep the system and give their accounting team to review the results before running Job 1.
Other examples are a Job the runs the working day before a Job running on the:
The last working day of the month
The last working day of the week
The last working day bi-weekly
Using the On Day Frequency with "B" selected for the AOBN does not work because it does not account for the 15th falling on a none working day.
