Notification Manager - View Notification Events in EM

D324: It would be great to have a view in EM where you could see all the triggers of specific notification event by date/time range. I do not receive notifications for all of our failed jobs, but it would be great to audit when these notifications are triggered. This way I could see if a certain group is being "spammed" or not. This would also feed in well to my black out idea for notification manager. If notifications are being delayed by a feature then audit of when they actually run would be great.
