General SMAResourceMonitorUI Update

So... has anyone used SMARM's UI in the last 5 years? It's not exactly user friendly. It's way overdue for a general overhaul - simple things would make a huge difference.

Let's start with the ability to expand the application and have fields adjust to the size of the window. That would be pretty sweet. It would also be cool if we could expand columns so you could see more text in them without it cutting it off. Making it easier to edit fields would be awesome too - right now you have to click on a little black arrow to select a whole row in order to click the edit button to edit it. If you click in one of the columns of that row and hit edit, it just laughs at you and says nope you can't do that. Adding an actual drop down menu to select events out of would be amazing instead of having to double click in that field and type a $ sign. I'm sure we could think of an easier way to select action groups and associate them to our file monitors we have set up.
