Filter Select Schedule drop-downs by master or sub schedule

Hey Team,

I'm out working with OTS this week and they brought up an interesting point. It would be awesome to be able to filter any of the schedule drop downs by either parent schedule or sub-schedule from screens such as schedule master, job master, or any other screen with a schedule drop down. The logic seems to be there already when running a container job, but of course I have no idea how easy or hard that would be to replicate into a filter option of some sort on other drop downs.
