Application Repository/Definition

Since all of the "Script Runners" I have setup are for applications, I think it would make sense to rename this and be able to use the runners on jobs (outside of simply embedded scripts).

Then if you needed to run something like "genericp.exe" you would create a new OpCon job, select it from the Application Repository for that OS and add any parameters (or you could simply have built multiple versions of genericp Applications, maybe one with a failure and one without).
