Automated process that will extract Audit data daily to a log file.

We would like to have the ability to nightly be able to generate the prior days audit logs and have them placed into a daily file. They can still reside in the database for searching via Enterprise Manager Audit functions. But we also need a copy in a file, that we can provide to security personnel for them to perform reviews,
